The twenty pound capacity stainless steel, insulated smoker can smoke everything from meat to fish. Features include a digital temperature control to accurately control smoking temperature and a separate digital thermometer for accurately cooking food to safe temperatures. New design features include a new back wall mounted, low positioned heating element with smoke diffuser to create more room for smoking. The smoke diffuser is ventilated to disperse smoke evenly. A drip collecting base directs grease drippings underneath the smoker for preventing flare-ups. Heavy duty castors and a push-pull handle are included for mobility.
